Working Hours
The working hours of UPI Beauty are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Information about the opening hours of individual facilities and staff schedules is available at the front desk.
Members and visitors must register at the reception upon each visit.
All services must be paid for in advance at the reception.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the Club.
Membership
Membership at UPI Beauty is by invitation only. Invited individuals must fill out, sign, and submit a registration form at the reception, agreeing to abide by the Club’s Internal Rules.
UPI Beauty ensures the confidentiality of personal data. The management reserves the right to change the membership conditions or approval process at any time.
Membership Cards
Membership cards are personal and non-transferable.
Corporate Membership
Employees of the same company may share a corporate account, while each has an individual personal card. The corporate account is loaded with a fixed amount, which is distributed among members as desired.
Discounts apply to the total corporate account balance.
Member & Visitor Rights
All members and visitors are entitled to use the facilities in accordance with the Club’s Internal Rules.
Member & Visitor Responsibilities

Termination of Membership
Members may terminate their membership at any time without prior notice.
VIP discount cards will be revoked if the member has not visited UPI Beauty within a 6-month period.
UPI Beauty reserves the right to revoke membership of anyone who violates the Club’s Internal Rules.
UPI Beauty is not liable for damages or loss of personal belongings.
Damage to facilities or equipment, or misuse preventing future use, may result in financial liability for the responsible party.
Reservations
Reservations are primarily made through subscriptions. If available, single appointments can also be booked.
Reservations can be made:

Online (if the member’s account has sufficient funds)

In person at the reception
UPI Beauty only guarantees paid reservations made through the reception. Otherwise, it reserves the right to reassign booked time slots.
Cancellations are updated daily. Members on the waiting list will be contacted promptly.
All reservations are subject to verification to prevent unauthorized use of facilities.
External trainers or instructors not officially employed by UPI Beauty are not permitted to work at the Club, regardless of their personal relationship with clients.
External trainers (e.g., graduates or students of NSA, certified professionals) may only work upon written request and approval by UPI Beauty management.
The management may cancel or deny reservations in the event of renovations or organized events. In such cases, members will be notified in advance.
Fitness Area
Members must wear appropriate sportswear and sneakers.
Instructors must provide beginners with initial guidance on how to use the equipment.
Members can book training sessions with an instructor; however, equipment cannot be reserved individually.
Only weight training and machine-based exercises are allowed.
Towels must be used on machines that involve lying down.
Contact sports are prohibited.
Instructors are authorized to terminate any activity that may cause damage to property.
Non-training guests are not allowed.
Children under 10 may use equipment only with an instructor.
Members and visitors must follow the instructions of the fitness staff.
Changing Rooms
Lockers are available for use only during your visit.
UPI Beauty is not responsible for lost or damaged items left in lockers.
Lockers left closed after closing hours will be opened by management. Damages incurred will be at the user’s expense.
Lost items are stored for 20 days.
Sauna
Information on using the sauna is available at the reception.
Slippers or flip-flops must be worn.
Use of honey or other surface-damaging products is prohibited.
Solarium
Usage instructions for the solarium are available at the reception.
Protective goggles must be returned to reception after use.
Massages
Massages require advance reservations at reception.
If a massage starts late due to reasons not related to UPI Beauty, it will still end at the scheduled time.
Slippers or flip-flops must be worn in the massage area.
Massage therapists are required to inform clients that anti-cellulite massages are intensive and may result in mild bruising.
